The Burger Barn in Ketchum is an Old Fashioned Burger Joint with flavors from the 60's. Burgers like they used to be and they Grandma used to cook them.
The Original Owner was an old country hippie man named Billy. Just like his burgers, Billy was old fashioned. Age and some health stuff started slowing Billy down to slow motion so he decided to retire. But the legacy continues as Billy spent many hours and days training the new owner all of is old fashioned secrets to continue with providing the best Old Fashioned Burger around. Billy still goes by and volunteers his time or day to help out with cooking or training up some new crew members. The Burger Barn is a woman owed business but still ran with the original old fashioned style.

Picnic tables, gravel crunching under boots, kids laughing, and neighbors swapping stories between bites.
Barn Favorites

Flat-top sear, melty cheese, soft bun, every burger tastes like a backyard summer memory.

Hearty quarter-pound dogs, grilled until the casings gently snap.

Fresh squeezed lemonade, thick milkshakes, and golden Southern fried pies finish every plate right.
How We Cook
Every burger hits a hot flat-top grill, just like those roadside joints Billy loved as a kid.
Patties are seasoned simple, pressed for that crispy edge, and tucked into soft buns that soak up every drop of juice. Dogs grill alongside, while lemons are squeezed by hand into icy pitchers.
Nothing fancy, nothing rushed, only honest, old fashioned cooking you can taste in every bite.
